Hi @Latif116,
Welcome to the community! How long have you been waiting for a booking, if you don't mind me asking?
I have added a link to your Airbnb listing in your post, so other hosts can more easily have a look and give you constructive advice to help you increase your visibility and changes of guests booking. I'd also love to ask a few of our experienced members for their advice: what would you suggest to Latif, @Katarzyna87 @Kenchy0 @Jim-and-Caroline0 @Nash-Cottages-LLC0?
Thank you 😊
Emilie

Took a look at your listing, I think you have a place with a lot of potential. However your listing needs more. Find a friend who takes great photos and see if they’re help do some really nice photos for you. The ones you have are pretty low resolution and don’t give me a sense of the actual space.
You also need to add to your description. You need context for the location of your place and you need to put your guests into the space in their heads. Give them a sense of how it will feel and the different amenities in the building and neighborhood. Your listing should be as much about lifestyle as it is about the actual apartment. Imagine yourself as the guest looking at your place. Would you book?
Then maybe set ups some deals where if they book more than 7 days they get a slight discount. Even if you raise the price slightly daily to make up for it, people like to feel like they’re getting a deal.
Thank you @Kenchy0 for the suggestions!
@Latif116 Take a look when you can, and let us know if you decide to make any of those adjustments. 🙂

Tqsm Emile & all my friend. Yr suggestion and idea so meaningful to me. I try it later.
my last booking feb 16,2025
I would reduce some of the photos. You don't need that many of the kitchen table, or of the gym and exterior of the building. Having amenities like soap, towels, toilet paper will help. Wifi, in this day and age is a must. You also don't have a TV, but if you had to choose, I would choose Wifi over the TV. Both are best.
Also, you do not show a place to sit, for example, a sofa, for leisure time. That may cause less bookings.
I hope this helps. Good luck!
Thank you for helping me.....good idea & will be considered
