suspicion about rent

i have booked my apartment last week but i havent received any information from host or airbnb / and i ve told prevision money will be refunded in 24 hoursbut it has been 5 days!

Did you make this booking using the Airbnb app?

 

Or have you got in touch with Airbnb Customer Support regarding the Host not responding?
