two-factor authentication PIN

Hi. I have tried everything to set up airbnb two-factor authentication PIN but every single time it shows as the PIN being invalid. I've been trying to get help from AIRbnb for 5 days but they just tell me I'm sitting up the PIN wrong. I'm really not that stupid. Without the PIN set up I can't go on to add security questions and payment details so I can't get paid for any of the bookings I've taken. I've tried everything - deleting the app, resetting google and safari, shutting everything down and back on, google searches for help etc etc. AIRbnb support have just told me (when they slowly reply) that I'm setting the PIN wrong.  HELP!!!!!

Nick

all sorted thanks. It has to be numbers only as it turns out - doesn’t tell you this at PIN set up …..

@Nicola2982 Indeed there is a clue in the name: Personal Identification NUMBER.

wow keep your hair on. When it asks you to choose a PIN it talks about digits AND numbers. Anyway over and out. Cheers

@Nicola2982 Digits are the individual constituents of  numbers. They are not letters (which are different altogether)
