want to refund entire reservation out of respect for a fellow superhost who cancelled super late

I have a moderate cancellation policy but want to refund entire reservation out of respect for a fellow superhost who cancelled super late -so late that the send/receive option is no longer present.   "send special offer" appears in it's place.
