Hi - I am a new host who will be utilizing this forum for all those newbie annoying questions. I thank you for your patience!

My first question is - what does the plus sign with a number next it it mean — I am seeing this next to profile pictures of both past and present guests and can’t figure it out logically most often it is a “+3” or “+2” — thank you !!!
