caro @Salvatore199 salvatore, io sono stato diffamato e airbnb se ne lava le mani. tu stesso leggendo la loro recensione ti sei fatto una idea spiacevole, diciamo pessima ma così non è ed è grave che non mi sia dato diritto di replica. gli ospiti in questione hanno usato la parola inglese che definisce chiaramente la molestia come reato, è inequivocabile.

LONG BUT WORTH TO BE READ. Is always unpleasant to write a bad review but if the behavior of the
guests is so disappointing It must be done. Seems hard to believe despite all the positive reviews that this
fashionable couple has collected, but for me they are the worst clients I've ever met so far, after more that
1000 hostings and two years superhost title. The communicative side is poor, can happen, if they need
something they communicate, if the host needs to communicate they don't care at all. I had to write three
times to get the arrival details then had to wait two hours at the apartment without warning me about the
delay. This can happen sometimes, not a bige issue, disturbing because you feel like a butler at own
disposal of guests 24/7 for anything but is part of the job. The worst thing is the human side, the education,
the lack of correctness, lack of maturity. It started like this: they did not seem to understand the indications I
usually send my guests to find the place; as i know how tricky might be Venice to walk around, expecially
trusting google maps. I've been polite to suggest them to use of watebus till the san zaccaria stop (the
cloesest to the place with no bridges to cross, 300 meters not more) because as they are australians usually
when they travel they do it for many weeks so I expected they had to carry a big amount of luggage so I did
very good. I gave them all the explantations more times, very clearly, explaining even why i do like that as is
the best solution (after 6 yeras doing this job I found this system is the best to find the place: the “venitian
address” , true address + gps coordinates, correct indications plus entrance pic and maps and aerial view
screenshots, so you cannot mess up) but they were extremely upset; maybe they have extremely poor
orientation skills but they have to blame themselves, not me that i did everyhing i could. As they arrived, they
did not even replyed to my greeting. I helped them carrying a huge suitecase (by the way i am quite short
and thin, not strong like hulk) upstairs and not even a thank you. They did not even wanted to get a quick
brief or claryfing what for them was an issue about apartment indications, seemed they got the worst offence
ever. I, 40 yrs old, asking to clarify (even if I had nothing to clariy ) and them, 30 yrs old, did not want to do it,
they looked like kids stomping feet in sign of complaint, acting up, unwilling to undestand how things are,
typical passive aggressive behavoior. Unbelivable! They were keeping pouting; they are totally unable to
confront civilly with another person. The problems did not end here, unfortunatly. They wanted to leave one
day earlier, no problem at all, there are cancellation policies stated clearly and automatically by airbnb as you
book, but they did not want to respect them asking for a total one night reimbourse that was not possible
(even airbnb assistance explained them so) because of the above mentioned cancellation terms; so they
cancelled two nights claiming to be right and claiming to stay because sure of having paid for it. Thanks to
the huge help of Mirco of Airbnb assistance I managed to sort out this as they wanted to occupy wihout any
right the apartment, illegally. At the end they did not even pay the tourist tax (they confirmed alredy the
acceptance of touris tax rules as they made the booking where is already clearly mentioned in the hosue
rules section that must be approved in order to confirm the reservation) saying that the law about it is not
already valid. Once again they lied; having already been to Venice four years ago (reading their reviews is
confirmed), they knew perfectly that for those staying/sleeping in the municipality there is the tourist tax to
be paid sepratlely (since 2011, since eight years). They have invented the excuse of the disembarkation tax,
something not yet applied, (honestly a crazy idea of the present city major) and if it will be approved, it will be
valid only for those not staying/sleeping in the city.
Never met anybody so arrogant and unreasoable. They want to be always right even if is clear and
demonstrated that they are wrong, so chilidish. I felt totally offended, deeply, i got very nervous.
I stronngly do not recommend this people.They just care about their appearance, they want to look perfect,
glamoruos, styligsh but they hide a very unpleasand attitude.
HAVE TO THANK SO MUCH AIRBNB ASSISTANCE. MIRCO HAS BEEN GREAT TO HELP ME IN SUCH
AN AWFUL AND STRESSFUL EXPERIENCE, THANK YOU MIRCO. GRAZIE MILLE. Ah, the place has
been left really tidy, the only good thing...
