travel credit reservation decline

I am a first time user of airbnb. At first I was so excited since I was able to book successfully with no issue.

however, after a month, the host cancelled the reservation and I need to wait for 10 days for the refund and good thing the travel credit is still there.

I booked another list (request reservation) but the host declined it. Now, my travel credit is gone and my account was deducted for a certain amount.

can someone help me what is going on here.

@Maricris1  You'll need to Contact Airbnb directly to get them to put the credit back on your account.

I have the same problem but nobody responds on twitter. Is there any other easy way to contact Airbnb to ask them to put the credit back on my account?
