Cancel reservation for guest

How can I send cancel the reservation for a guest who are not able to come anymore and I am willing to payback their full payment.

We have strict cancelation policy so if he cancel he pays money and is I cancel I lose superhost.

The guest can cancel the reservation. He will lose Airbnb service fee. But you can refund him the money he lost due to your cancelation policy via resolution centre. Another option is (if there are special circumstances)  you or your guest contact Airbnb and ask them to cancel. Never cancel yourself.
