pero' mi pare che la mission di ABB e quindi il suo interesse sia:
"to help creating a world where you can belong anywhere and where people can live a place, instead of just travelling to it" .Quindi in un rapporto di reciprocita' tra guest ed host perche' per vivere un posto serve la collaborazione dell'host attraverso esperienze, disponibilita' e qualita' del servizio offerto. Quindi un host deve sapere se un cliente cancella spesso le sue prenotazioni.
