We are using a CRM (Monday.com) to manage and organize the inquiries we receive for our properties.
We use an email parser which received the email notifications and parses the booking details from the email. The problem is that these emails are html stylized and are not always the same, so the parser can't get the information correctly.
Is it possible to ask to receive a text based email notification for inquires instead of the formatted html email? Something in the context of Property name: ABCD
Guest name: John Doe Message: Bla Bla Bla
Check-in date: October 12, 2022 Check-out date: October 14, 2022
@Sea-N--Rent1 I do not see anything in the account setup that would help you with this. Perhaps you should see about changing your incoming email account preferences to text instead of html. That way it would not matter how the message was sent.
