Frequency of mattress Changes

Please how frequently have you purchased a new mattress for guests beds?

@Rita2164 when the mattress shows a permanent depression in it then it should be replaced. Timescales will vary according to the quality of the mattress bought.

@Rita2164  It's a good idea to stay in your own listing and sleep on the beds every so often to determine if things like mattresses could use replacing. Also be aware that some guests like finding thungs to complain about, so just because one guest might say the bed was too soft, doesn't mean it is, it can just be a personal preference.

By the way, it's rather odd that you have 5 photos of the bed, all with different bedding, when your place has 1 bedroom and one bed. That could lead to a lot of misunderstandings. You should only have one photo of the bed, or at least if you have several bedroom photos to give a good sense of the space, make sure the bed is made up the same in all the photos. 

Looking at your photo gallery, I would assume you have 5 beds.

@Rita2164, if the mattress is still firm, it's  still ok.  BTW, from your bedroom pics, I vote for photo 19/22 (makes the room look calm and stylish).

Hästens comes with a lifetime warranty. So it will depend on quality! Just make sure you use a mattress protector.
