Hey ,I am Rohit I have worked in Oberoi,Taj &Leela Hotel,when i joined AirBNB in June 2022,I hought of being super Host ,and for that first step was to get booking,next was to delight the guest for which me & my team went out of the box to make guest happy within the policy of AirBNB & Fortune Home.
