@Cindy1127 When our son was getting married we looked at a number of locations close to our home that were on AirBnB as event permitting venues.
First, each location had an entirely separate listing for the wedding/celebration event. It included an event fee, a max number of guests and a list of professional persons permitted to provide services. They all provided a copy of their license to operate as a venue. One venue went so far as to state that the dwelling would be locked during the event and that a driveway located trailer would be onsite for sanitary needs (read port-a-potty). Weddings are not what I would consider an easy thing to host at a home that is meant to be a short-term vacation rental.
