Adding more rooms to your listing

I have a listing for the whole first floor which is for 2-3 guests. If I add another bedroom or possibly 2, and adjust the stay for 6 guests, will I still get 2 people stays paying the higher price? I’m not sure how to set this up without loosing all my couples in hopes of getting larger parties

You can set a fee for additional guests:

Or create extra listings (adding one for the whole or partly combination) and link the calenders:
