Anyone else having issue with the check in shortcode or check in information area in general? We have recently been having problems where the AirBNB device application and the AirBNB browser website behave differently or have different options. For instance our description showed on the browser but would not show on the device application when using an apple device. Now we are noticing the check in area appears differently on the divise application versus the browser application. I have tried to create a canned automated note to guest with a shortcode directing them to our check in information for their arrival. The problem is the application check in information shows pictures of where you go to check in along with added notes and the browser application gives tex information only. Because of these differences for "check in information'' on the two platforms the shortcode doesn't work for our canned message giving our guests check information. It says we have not completed filling our our check in information. Any insight or work around would be helpful. We have notified AirBNB but have had no resolution to date.
