Hi

Recently, I encountered a problem that my last guest was unhappy with the state of cleaning the house. I used a good cleaner, but I want to replace it with a better one that is fully involved in cleaning the house and preparing the house for the guest and is professional in this work. Do you know a good cleaner?

unless you've had previous guest issues with cleaning I wouldn't assume it's the cleaner.

did the guest provide evidence of poor cleaning? 

you can join your local host group on FB  and ask for recommendations there.

@Yasin32 It should be obvious if the place is not being cleaned and so I would not rely on the feedback of a single guest. Generally (unless the issue is obvious) we wait until 3 people comment on something before we take action - A good example being one guest saying the bed was awful with springs sticking out whereas the guest review before had said it was an extremely comfortable  bed.
