I think that is a great idea.  Maybe try   changing youur titiles for a week or two  to  say  ""fragrance Free" and see if people  search for it  I think people would

What if you presented your idea to Airbnb has a specialty page?  Your area but  also like Vegan . Vegetarians.  I am  sure there are lots of areas similar to yours

Not only  a good vehicle for people seeking "Fragrance Free"  but also a tool  for someone  that bathes in  cologne  haha is definitely not comfortable has a Guest.
