How do I reply when I receive a AIRBNB Thank You card

I revcieved a Thnak You  from a guest that I hosted in 2016? There is no reply button.

Maybe you can look through your list of completed reservations to locate the guest's Airbnb ID, and send them a message.

@Lucille-and-Alan0 in the email you will see a caption in a pinkish colour " reply to xxx" press on that and this should prompt you to the message chain shared between the two of you. Hope this helps. 🙂
