Hello! What kind of proof I need for renting my apartment to get landlord permission?

@Murat168 From legal point of view, local laws are very different from country to country, even in regions within the same country, so there is not definite universal answer to this question. Therefore, you have to ask in your own authority / municipality / ministry / ... as this institution will certainly give the best answer applicable to your case.

Other way is to tell us which country are you from and ask if there are other hosts here from the same one, so they can provide more accurate information.

As Airbnb is concerned, you don't need the proof to place your listing on the platform, but all hosts are asked, and should host responsibly, following local laws in their particular countries.
