Noisy neighbours

Hi guys
I have really bad, noisy neighbours across the road from me. I've had a few bad reviews about it and now my listing is at risk. I live in a complex, but the noisy neighbours are across the road from the complex and I have no control over that. I have reported it to the local authorities, but nothing seems to be done about it. My complex is very quiet, safe and I have amazing neighbours, but the crew across the road from me is not good for my business. Please give me advice on how to deal with that. 

The guest also complained about a smell in my place, I can't seem to smell it and I have tried everything possible to change that but not sure what I'm doing wrong. Can you please advise me on that too.

Pour tea tree oil down drains before guests arrive.

I actually did that, I had peppermint oil and eucalyptus oil too. I also put some in the bin.

Any advice on the neighbours across the street? I have zero control over it but it is disturbing my guests.
