I have sold my air bb condo in Ocean City Md. what do i do to close this account. There are some summer rentals that need canceling.

@John2206 cancel the reservations, block the calendar and then delist it.

A bit naughty that you will be upsetting the people whose stays you are cancelling but I am sure there was a good reason why you took the bookings and then sold the property.

Unfortunately family circumstances arose making it necessary to sell the condo. It was all last minute and it was never even considered when we started taking reservations for 2021. We do apologize  for the inconvenience we know this has caused each guest. We understand your frustration and share in your disappointment. We will miss this place very much. All our best to you. We hope there is time for all of you to find another place to enjoy your time at the beach. 😢
