my unique feature in my property in Venice is a Jacuzzi Hot Tub.

Yes I do have a hot tub in Venice!

The most difficult thing was transporting it to my house's garden. In Venice all transport takes place on water, also my garden is surrounded by walls and the hot tub obviously didn't fit through the door 😁

I think I'm not wrong if I say that my house is the only one in Venice with a hot tub in the garden! In fact it's already difficult to find a private garden in Venice 😉

Delivering and installing our Jacuzzi spa into our garden was truly an engineering feat! The Jacuzzi first needed to be transported to the house from the mainland by a special barge.

Then they had to build a special hoist just to lift the Jacuzzi over the wall of our garden.

My guests, especially those who come from the USA, love the hot tub, they say it is fantastic to relax in the hot tub after a long walk in Venice ... and believe me when you are in Venice you need to walk a long if you want to see all the wonders of the city! 😍

I have been a host for the past 7 months and only registered with Airbnb.  The most unique thing about my property is its location, where there is a beautiful sea view surrounded by lush vegetation.

Inside the apartment is a walk-up closet where you climb up a few steps to get in there.

The most unique feature is the privacy and view. You look out over the river. The bottom part of the property looks like a park filled with horses grazing. We also have extra paddocks for over night horses.
