28 day + rentals ( how to make sure you dont end up with a 27 day gap)

HI there

I am just starting my "mid term" airbnb rental. 

The area I am in isnt zoned for short term so I am doing 1+month rentals.

I am wondering if anyone has found a way to make sure you dont end up with huge gaps in your booking schedule.

EG. A guest books Dec 1- Dec 31

Second guest books Jan 27- Feb 27

There is a gap in between of 27 days but cant "short term" fill this.

The only way I can think of is to only allow rentals starting on the first of the month. This is a hard one!
