Airbnb search methods

Me and my co-host are new to airbnb and I'm a little surprised and concerned about our listing. When I do a search in the city and specific area where we have our listing, I get about a dozen other units in the area but our listing, which is fully available right now, doesn't turn up in that search. I'm not searching for specific dates at all, just doing a search for a week in January and February. Why is our listing not coming up? I'm concerned we're not getting seen by people searching for a place in our area. Any suggestions? Could we have some sort of setting wrong?

This happens on a search using my laptop. Actually just tried the search on my iPhone using the app, and our listing did come up.

One other thing, the condo complex we're at has nearly a dozen other units available from other airbnb hosts and they're all clumped together on the map in the exact neighborhood where the rental is located. Ours, however, looks like it's in a completely different location miles away across a highway and not on the ocean. I know if someone saw it on a map, they'd say it's too far from the ocean. Any guidance on this would be appreciated.

Thanks,

Pierre and Rick

Your listing is in the search system:

https://www.airbnb.com/s/homes?host_id=135849338&map_toggle=true

You can test with this URL under which conditions it shows up.

When you searched on your laptop, you probably where logged in (and later not logged in on your iphone) ? It makes a difference. Also maybe you need to zoom in more on the map.

BTW A listing has 2 options for display location on the map:
