Any tips on improving our visibility when guests search?

We are worried our properties aren't being found when people are searching. They don't seem to be consistently coming up on the map?

Your listings (3) are all in the search system:

Listings will have higher ranking when they meet certain Airbnb criteria, like being Superhost, excellent reviews and much more. (search this community for details)

You can promote your listings outside Airbnb (Social media, private website etc..)

Use the URL to your Homepage   (you can add a coverphoto ! )

or have a look at the "share" options at top of listing.

I noticed I got a huge bump in views after setting my cancellation policy to Flexible, and opening up Instant Book. Still trying to figure out if one caused the other...
