I contacted support because my listing was not showing with the filter "Ski On/Off", yet it is in my listing. ABB's response was that the filter is working properly since my unit is listed in the "Category" Skiing (set by ABB). Can anyone explain why ABB would consider "Skiing " the most important feature and "Ski On/Off" less important? How could you be Ski On/Off and not be in Skiing?. Why are both not true?
Anyone have an idea on how to get an intelligent person in support to look at this since it has already been escalated with a really poor response?
Why also, ABB has put me in a Category of "Farms" is beyond me for a ski condo in the mountains!?!?
Even worse is that listings that are nowhere near the mountain show up in ski on/off.
