Best lock system for home outside gated community

Hello, I have a home but unfortunately it is not located within a gated community, instead its located on a busy street with a lot of public transportation and people transit. I am trying to figure out what is the best lock brand or system I could use to have my guests access the home without me having to come over and open the door each time as I am not located close to the house. Keep in mind that the house is in a Latin American country, so we need to make sure the locks are very secure and allow for double latching.

I need to develop a system that will allow guests who arrive late at night to access the property, while also ensuring that the property is safe and secure when it closes and that the system is not vulnerable to theft.. Do you have any suggestions?
