Bot of my listings have been suspended for no reason!!

I have been trying to find out why both of my listings have been suspended. I wasn't notified by Airbnb that this was going to happen, they just did it without even talking to me. I'm a super host and have over 160 excellent reviews, I have no reason why this has happened. I have been trying to get in contact with this department that handles the suspensions for over 30 hours and have had no response.. I have called over 5 time, sent messages through the app and have had no luck. If I don't hear something back today and have my listings reactivated I'm going to delete my listings on here and take them somewhere else..This company is ran like a complete circus!!

@Ryan2808 ,

due to the Community Center is a platform for guests and hosts, we cannot look into your account details and unfortunately we can't help you with this issue.  If you type in listing suspended into the search field, you will get a list of similar threads regarding this topic and hopefully you will get some advice which steps need to be done next.

Did you try to duplicate your listing and create a new listing? Not sure if this works in your case.

Did you check your SPAM folder? May be there is an e-mail from airbnb with some requirements or explanations

yes and yes, this company is a joke

We were told if we relisted with a new listing that we would likely be flagged for the same reason because of the address location.

I have seen this happen to several host on this forum lately. There is no accountability at Airbnb. It’s unfortunate. I’d suggest what I’ve seen other hosts suggest…forward this message to the head of hosting Catherine Powell, and or communicate with Airbnb via Twitter.

This EXACT SAME THING is happening to us right now. We are thinking that it has been going on for 14 days now. I called every day three times a day and no valid reason and they will not get me in contact with this “specialist team” .
What ended up happening ? Did they ever contact you ?

Same thing just happened to me!

Hi @Kristin-And-Owen0 ,

Welcome to the Airbnb Community Center!

You have a number of listings and I noticed that all are active.

If possible, could you please elaborate on the issue you are facing? So that other Hosts can get further idea.

We noticed that one of our listings (Bellingham A-Frame) went unlisted yesterday morning. We tried to relist, but it wouldn't go active. Airbnb didn't know why, but kept saying that the higher up specialized department would be in contact with us within 72 hours. There has been no email,  no reason given, nothing, nada..

We have heard this is happening to multiple hosts with no reasons given. Hearing that the AI bots in Airbnb are trolling the listings for something out of order or wrong, and then unlisting them. Unfortunately the company doesn't have the resources to investigate and relist.

I also sent a Twitter to Brian the CEO about this yesterday.

Hi @Kristin-And-Owen0 ,

Thank you for giving me more information. Although I cannot promise much as we are not a part of Customer Support Service, I will reach out to the concerned teams with your concerns.

I hope someone gets in touch with you soon about it.
