Critique my listing- Scott- Pocono, PA

Greetings fellow hosts. I am fairly new to the business and I wondering what I can do to improve the listings. The data shows I was averaging 30-40 views in the first month and now I bare get 5-7 views. Please, any insights or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

At your top 5 photos put one of each space

Lower your price a bit for the next month to attract more guests and get 3 reviews, after 3 reviews it will be shown in search results...

Add in your description distances from other basic places, airport, supermarket etc. & from places to visit.

Yes. I saw the great suggestions and I noticed that the smart pricing raised my prices way outside the market area. I turned that off. Working on the other suggestions.
