I think local guests may know exactly what you mean, but as a foreigner I don't know what a "3bhk apartment" is. If you feel like leaving it in the heading, perhaps consider explaining more fully in the description exactly what the unit is and how many people you will be sharing it with. The description is very brief and it would be good to add any relevant details there. Also the "free space for TV" in the heading is a bit confusing. Perhaps make it clear that it is one bedroom in an apartment and that there is a shared space with a TV in the living room that the guest also has access to.
