I could not see guest inquiry, why

I could not see guest inquiry, why


When I checked our activities, there were a couple inquiries, but we never got the notifications and we don't know where to check those inquiries. Please help!

This sounds like a technical issue @Cindy1284  I think you would be best calling Airbnb Customer Services for your location.

I called and they said the guest didn't even lest us a message,  so they may withdraw themselves from the inquiry.  I am a little confused still, since I saw the inquiries in the activity list, but nothing on the notification.  I'll call them again to see they have another opinion.  Thank you Helen!
