Is Superhost status attached to a listing or a host?

If I sell the listing that I am currently hosting as a Superhost and I want to start a new listing but not immediately, because the new listing is not ready for listing. Do I keep my superhost status or is it attached to the property?

@Rina32 The rating applies to the host not their listings. You will keep Superhost status until your stats (typically number of stays) drops below the required rates. At most you will have a year but it could be less.

By the way - You cannot sell the listing. A new owner of the property you sell would need to start their own listing if they plan to continue Airbnbing
