I suppose I should know this answer already as a host of more than 10 years in the San Francisco Bay area, but do I understand correctly that the availability of my home over Christmas week will not be public until it’s actually available as in someone booking arrived today?  I’m probably not stating it clearly but my house is available over Christmas but not until then and I don’t think it shows up in search results. Thank you all.

@Tim409 currently your listing is fully open for booking on all dates till early march. Is that what you intended to do?

Are you worried that you calendar is blocked or that your property is not coming up when someone is searching for a home in your area? Those are different issues
