Looking for a Cohost in Brighton, Michigan

Hi!

I own a small lakefront cottage in Brighton, MI that I’ve been renting on Airbnb for almost 6 months.  Since I’ll be moving out of state, I’m looking for a local cohost that would be able to help with ensuring my guests continue to have an exceptional stay at the cottage.  

Responsibilities would include:

Communication with guests, check in/out, problem solve issues

Schedule cleaning crew

Home visits to check on the condition

Order supplies needed

Schedule maintenance
