Pls help with how to increase our visibility and enquiry rate.

Hi we have a new listing in a remote area in New Zealand. We feel that we are not getting many enquiries because the area doesn’t have a recognisable name, although it is on a main tourist route and there is plenty of traffic passing by.

The two bookings we have had have raved about it so we are confident the property should be successful.
Can anyone suggest ways we could improve our visibility, search results and enquiry rates?

Thanks in advance. Bruce.

Hello @Bruce645

Gorgeous part of the world that you live in here in New Zealand.

Photo 21 has a couple of typos you need to correct.

Perhaps remove the word Primary room to Main Bedroom as it sounds move inviting.

Maybe try take some photos on a crystal clear sunny day to enhance the outdoors in your listing.

Do you have Cows or Sheep or Horses or Goats on the property?

If so, include a photo or two of them, tourists enjoying seeing the animals.

Have you included ticking the Option box categories for Scenic Views, farm etc?

All the best from up in the northern parts, and within a couple of hours drive of your neck of the woods
