Price explain

I have my first guest but the price is pretty weird, with Malaysia RM 490, the first 3 clients get 20% and 15 % VAT. but the price list out as RM 441 + 15 % VAT. RM490 after 20% should be RM 398 right? even if I add on 3 % from Airbnb hosting still doesn't match out. what do i miss?

anyone could explain the math to me?

@Christopher1540Airbnb adds 14.2% +VAT (on the 14.2%) to your nightly price and calls this the service fee. Your payout is the rate you set minus 3%+VAT.
