Property Type and number of floors

After all the fuss about property type and what is a private room I went to look at the latest property types available. There I found that you can specify what floor your listing is on.

Now we have a 2 storey property with two apartments on the FIRST floor in English parlance and the SECOND floor in American parlance. The other property is on the Ground floor (in English) and the First floor in American.

As the property is in England I assume I say 1st floor? but am I allowed to say ground floor for the third apartment?
