Renting to traveling health professionals

Does anyone rent for longer periods of time - 30 to 90 days or more? 

If so, I’d appreciate any input on the topic.

It might be helpful for you to review the Air BNB policies about long term (over 29) stays.  Go to the Help Center and enter long term search terms.  I see that your reviews are as a traveler. Do not believe the general public is as good a guest as you are.  Good luck!

@Jane2672  - I understand that over 30 days in many US states give the guest tenants rights so do be careful. In the UK a Furnished Holiday Let cannot be let for more than 30 days if the stay is to be counted against the 110 nights per year requirement.
