Hi Everyone!

I am looking for some advice please!

I am planning on making my Mums flat made into an airbnb. I am just wondering if I am subject to the same kind of checks that are needed if your renting the property out?

I know we need to do a few things to the place still but I'm hoping that we can just use our common sense with the place rather than getting the place officially inspected?
