Hello Group! I recently found out I had a bed bug infestation in my place and, as such, had to cancel several upcoming bookings as the remediation process takes 2 weeks. All of the guests who's reservations i had to cancel were very gracious and understanding. However, I did get a "Listing Issues" message from Air B&B warning me that "Your listing may be suspended or removed if additional issues are reported." and suggesting that I needed to take action and that it required my attention. However, when i open the message it just shows the 4 cancellations and there is no link or anything provided to actually take action and/or explain to someone at Air B&B that my hands were pretty much tied on this one. Any insights would be appreciated.
