Should I have Two completely different Properties on one airbnb profile

Hi Airbnb Community,

I am hoping you can help me with this question.  Last year I had a neighbour who is not Internet saavy agree with me to list his fun "experience" style property.  The only challenge I am finding is that my super host status is driving more traffic to his "cabins" as opposed to my original "traditional" Airbnb experience   - is there an easy solution to managing both sites and have the payment still deposited to one bank account?

Thanks so much,

Shannon

@Shannon347

if do not understand the issue.

- If you co-host the neighbours property with your Airbnb account (being the co-host and maybe the primary host), then the payout goes to the host (the neighbour), who owns the listing on his/her Airbnb account.

- if you list the neighbours property on your Airbnb account, then all payouts go to your payout method, unless you use the routing feature to split payouts to different payout methods.
