Sleepout bedroom

Hey there, I am having some difficulty with my listing. I would like to add a sleepout bedroom suitable for 2 people as an additional option for guests to book but not included in the standard pricing. Can anyone suggest where to include in the listing?

@Henrik139 what is a sleep out bedroom?

Whatever it is it might make sense to have two listings (with and without this bedroom) both priced accordingly and with their calendars linked to ensure no double bookings.

In Australia, people call a partially covered veranda or porch that is set up as a bedroom a sleep out. I stayed in one in Queensland It came with some netting and was wonderful to sleep in listening to the sounds of the nature. I assume it is something like that in NZ as well.
