Start renting out bfore receieving the permit

Hi All, Happy new year. I have purchased an apartment which is  already listed in Airbnb. Apparently it takes some weeks to get the permit. What should I do in the coming weeks? One option is being the co-host of the current host, but obviously I have to pay him/her!

Probably much cheaper to pay a cohost then risk fines for operating an STR without a license @Amir1216
