Syncing Calendars

I have my calendar synced with Booking.com ... 

Booking.com works great for me in the low season, where AirBnb seems not to bring me any traffic. 

In the high season, I much prefer using AirBnB as the commissions rates are ideal and the dates booked seem to sync up perfect, as this past year I had reservations from both platforms and there were several scenarios where there were a day or two in between reservations, when solely AirBnB seems to do a great job in completely booking your calendar with no days in between. 

I ran into the issue, now that my calendars are synced, when I close days on Booking.com as I want my summer season to have reservations solely from AirBnB, they close those dates on AirBnB as well. 

Is there any way where I can have Booking.com not accept any reservation during my Summer period, but solely fill in the gaps on my low season? Would I need to use some sort of third party app?

Hi - my husband build an low budget app that probably can do what you want. The app is the "Master" calendar and syncs with booking and airbnb - when you want to close a room e.g. on booking you can do this there; it will have no effect to airbnb.

The app is for Android and iOS. We use it to synchronize various ical-based calendars (Airbnb, booking, etc.), create invoices, manage blockings and guests. Works well.
