To list your property on Agoda, you'll need to create a separate listing directly on their platform, as there's no direct integration that allows you to link your existing Airbnb listing to Agoda. Here's how you can proceed:

1. Register Your Property on Agoda:
   
   
• Visit Agoda's registration page.
• Click on "List your place" and select the appropriate property type (HOME or HOTEL).
• Complete the registration form with details about your property, including its name, location, facilities, room details, photos, and contact information.
• Agree to Agoda's terms and conditions to publish your listing.
  
  
2. Manage Multiple Listings Efficiently:
   
   
• Channel Managers: Consider using a channel manager to synchronize calendars, rates, and availability across multiple platforms like Airbnb and Agoda. This helps prevent double bookings and ensures consistency. Some channel managers support both Airbnb and Agoda, facilitating seamless management.
• Calendar Syncing: If a channel manager isn't an option, manually sync your calendars using iCal links to update availability across platforms.
3. Maintain Consistent Information:
   
   
• Ensure that property details, photos, rates, and policies are consistent across all platforms to provide a uniform experience for potential guests.

Step 1: Export Your Airbnb Calendar

1. Log in to Airbnb:
• Go to Listings and select the property you want to manage.
2. Find the Calendar:
• Click on Availability from the listing menu.
3. Export Calendar:
• Scroll to Sync calendars and click on Export Calendar.
• Copy the iCal link provided by Airbnb.

Step 2: Import the Calendar to Agoda

1. Log in to Agoda:
• Access your Agoda property dashboard.
2. Navigate to Calendar Settings:
• Go to the calendar or availability section of the property you wish to sync.
3. Import Calendar:
• Look for an Import Calendar option.
• Paste the iCal link you copied from Airbnb.
• Save and confirm the changes.

Step 3: Sync Agoda Calendar Back to Airbnb

1. Export Agoda Calendar:
• Agoda should also provide an option to Export Calendar (look for it in the same calendar settings section).
• Copy the iCal link.
2. Import Calendar into Airbnb:
• Return to Airbnb's Availability settings.
• Click Import Calendar.
• Paste the Agoda iCal link and name the calendar.
• Save your changes.

Step 4: Verify Sync

• Most platforms automatically update calendars periodically, but you should check that your availability is synchronized correctly after setup.
• Test by blocking a date on one platform and ensuring it reflects on the other.
