Hi I knocked my space off instant book, as became a mistake having to cancel a booking as I or anyone else couldn’t get there on that occasion to make beds and clean for the guests . Should I put it back on to instant book . Latest reply by Joelle43

I do not understand the update in May. To be considered as a Private Room the customer needs to access shared spaces. This then means it is not Private but shared, this is an oxy-moron and stupid.Our guests have their own private entrance with self check ... Latest reply by John6191
