I have been trying to get my claim for damages and theft resolved by AirBnB since the beginning of January 2024. I have submitted all the paperwork.
They keep asking for the same stuff and I'm constantly dealing with different staff members.
I'm the one being treated like a perpetrator (not the rubbish guest who broke, stole and did did drugs in my apartment).
Everytime I call i get a disinterested representative.
Can someone from Airbnb comment on this thread a take some responsiblity for this? And help me get the money I need to pay for stolen and damaged items? As well as pay for the additional cleaning and repair services.
What's happened to your customer service. A few years ago it was excellent.
