super host & delisting

Hello,

 

Originally I had 3 properties under my profile, 2 are performing great and the third is decreasing the overall score and making it difficult for me to get my Superhost. If I decide to give up on the third property and delete it from the account, will this cancel the negative effect of this property on the overall rating or not?
