AirBnB Plus, Adding a second bedroom

Hi all,

I have an AirBnB Plus suite on the lower floor of my house in San Francisco. I knew even when I was going through the Plus "on-boarding" in 2018 that I would eventually want to add a second bedroom to this suite so that it would essentially be a whole private floor/suite: a family room, two beds, two baths and a kitchenette.

My daughter left for college, the room opened up, and now I can't get a straight answer from Plus.

Every single room but this bedroom is already part of an AirBnB photo spread.

I am now forced to compete against myself (listing this room, my daughter's former art room and her bedroom are helping to pay for school.)

My Plus bookings have plummeted. Anyone have any advice? Is it actually possible to get a real person and a real answer from Plus?
