Ever wonder how your Airbnb looked before you started hosting guests?

I’m curious – do you have any Before & After shots of your listing?

Next week, I’m checking out a new apartment with the intention of transforming it into a cozy, stylish space for Airbnb. I’ll be doing it all myself – from the design and photoshoots to shopping for the perfect pieces that make a place feel like home. Of course, when it comes to technical improvements, I leave those to the pros. I love the process and the satisfaction that comes from every transformation!

Everything is still in progress! The apartment is located in the Old Town in a historic building. It has two bedrooms, a living room, a bathroom, and a kitchen, but it’s very small—only 50 square meters. I’m really curious to see how it all comes together in the end. Once I finish, I’ll make a separate post with before and after photos.

What fantastic idea. Unfortunately I just did a big before and after for a relative. and it is beautiful but we never took any before. 

I am also looking for my next one I will absolutely keep that in mind how fun. I see you are in Latvia !

Last week, I shared the beginning of my journey to transform a new apartment into a warm and welcoming space for guests. Well, I’m excited to announce that the project is officially complete – and I couldn’t be happier with the results! What started as a blank, slightly chaotic canvas is now a cozy nest that I can’t wait for guests to enjoy.

From rethinking the layout to adding personal touches and shopping for just the right decor, the entire process was both challenging and rewarding. I focused on making sure every detail contributed to a relaxing atmosphere – one that feels like a home away from home. After all, it's the small things that leave lasting impressions!

@Oksana127. Hi Oksana. Yes, I have always taken before and after photos, mostly as a reminder of how much I have improved the look. This is mostly around renovations though, rather than cosmetic. I'm afraid once the walls are painted its usually a thrown together affair despite the initial careful planning right down to the cutlery. 😉
